ESL Ltd. (the “Company” or “We”) is a technical software resale and professional services company (such as consulting services, integration & implementation services, training, and support), focuses on work management, project & task management, IT service management, Help desk management, source code analysis for quality and security, version management, mathematical computation, opensource compliance, standard compliance, build & release automation, and application performance monitoring.

The Company conducts online or on prem, free or for a fee, trainings, workshops, courses, seminars etc.

Although the Company provides services mostly to businesses, it might, in the course of its activities collect and process personal information (such as names, contact details, job title, professional experience, place of work and etc.). This privacy policy explains what personal information the Company collects and process.

Some products or services of the Company may be subjected to other privacy policy. On such case, the Company will publish a specific privacy policy. Therefore, this privacy policy shall apply as long as the Company hasn’t published a specific privacy policy.

Please note that, you are not legally obligated to provide company with any personal information. However, if you elect not to provide any personal information, the Company might not be able to provide you services or to address your inquiries wholly or partially.

Vising our web site – If you just visit the Site, no more information is collected than is typically collected in server logs by web sites in general such as IP address, your browser type, etc.

Contacting the Company- Contacting the Company might require provision of personal information such as: e-mail address and another information as needed.

Using company’s services (free of charge or for a fee) – Using company’s services might require provision of personal information as required for each service. for example contact details (e-mail, first and last name and contact information (including e-mail address).

Purchasing products from the Company- purchasing products from the Company might require provision of personal information. For example, name, e-mail address and other contact details.

Participation in trainings, workshops, courses and other company’s activities- is subject to provision of personal information such as name, job title, professional experience, place of work, contact information (including e-mail address) and another information according to the activity as the case may be.

We use the information collected for the following purposes: (a) service provision (b) reply to inquires (c) to inform by e-mail or other remote communication means, about products and services, trainings, courses, and other Company’s activities including marketing information that is considered as “advertising material”; (d) statistics; (e) comply with applicable law and regulations; (f) legal disputes or proceedings, administrative proceedings,  or to address claims or inquiries that might lead to legal or administrative proceedings; (e) security, cyber protection, and fraud detection; (f) comply with applicable legal or administrative obligation or with authorized authority’s instructions.

We will not share personal information with others except for the following instances: (a) financial service providers for payments processing and enquiries in relation to payments; (b) service providers solely for the provision of their services to the Company and subject to their undertaking to keep such information confidential; (c) to enforce this privacy policy; (d) complying with applicable law, orders, guidelines and regulations; (e) merger or re organization; (f) for legal or administrative procedures; (g) when we reasonably believe that sharing information is necessary to prevent physical damage or any kind of damage to you or to others.

Company is entitled to use your contact information (provided by you or on your behalf) to send you via various remote communication means (including via e-mail or other type of e-massages) massages about company’s products, services, activities (courses, workshops, etc.) that might be considered as an “advertisement material” and/or “direct mailing”.   1. Right of Access

Any individual is entitled, by himself or through an authorized proxy acting on his behalf, to access information pertaining to him that is contained in a data base of the Company. For your request and as long as there is no legal cause to decline, the Company will allow you to view any information that is being held by the Company about you.

If possible, you will be able to view any information about you via e-mail or any other remote mean. You may ask the Company to amend update or delete (subject to various exceptions) any information that you find to be inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or non-updated. Refusal from the Company to such request may be appealed to court in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Conditions for Access to Data and Procedures for Appeal on a Denial of an Access Request) 1981.

We may change this policy from time to time, and if We do We will provide a prior notice (unless mandatory law or regulation requires otherwise, or unless such change is in your favor). If you continue to use the Company’s web site or its products or services after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
