About The Role:

  • Generating highly qualified leads that produce new sales opportunities (primarily within the Israel region) via cold call, email, and social strategies.
  • Drive sales growth and create a pipeline together with the account management team.
  • Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers at prospect and existing accounts.
  • Mapping Strategic and Enterprise Accounts to identify decision-makers and create long-term relationships.
  • Understanding clients needs to create a value proposition selling.
  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company.
  • Hebrew native level- Must.
  • Native or fluent English (other languages a plus).
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Self-starter, goal oriented.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.

About The Role:

  • Using tools and techniques to generate cold leads to create lists of potential accounts.
  • Qualification of potential customers based on their business challenges and needs.
  • Design and execute sales campaigns in a variety of methods including emails, cold calls, and online workshops to generate interest from potential customers.

About The Role: 

  • This is a quota-carrying position. 
  • Own the full sales cycle, from managing new leads until deal closure, while Identifying expansion opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating and contracting. 
  • Learn and comprehensively understand the monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI. 
  • Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues 
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value of the monday.com solution. 

Experience & Skills: 

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company 
  • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions – advantage.  
  • Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively and consistently. 
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

About The Role

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the monday.com team.
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in monday.com.
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding.
  • Leverage behavioral data to segment your book of business and develop communication strategies driving the greatest impact at scale.
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product.
  • Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they’re realizing the full potential of monday.com.
  • Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans.
  • Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership.
  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects.
